Dear Sir,
I’m writing to inform you that we have ran out of Wash Basin (Roca – xxx) on 25 April xxxx as I informed in my email attached (appendix 1)
The unavailability of this Free Issue Material is preventing from completing and signing off pods starting today 27 April xxxx and will therefore impact the production and delivery schedule.
We remind you again that the ongoing lack of available Free Issue Materials required for Pods type 2 (accessible pods) is also preventing us from completing these pods as per the production plan.
We urge you to share the dates of arrival of all the pending Free Issue Materials to plan the production accordingly.
