Subject : To approve steel beam design for I Beam fixed at service stair case and Hook Load Test in all Three Lift
Dear Sir,
With reference to above execution of the work was hold due to variation approval issue work was required the lift and we communicated many times for variation work required by lift subcontractor and finally it was concluded as described below.
- Lift beam design quotation was submitted from three designers by Chirag, finally it was agreed verbally by you that you will approve lowest one, but we didn’t have approval till date for this variation.
- The lift subcontractor also instructed/stop the work due to hook load test certificate fixed as per their drawing and recommendation and field load test was not our scope for all hooks fix including supply and fix the same, we executed as per recommendation by schedule, fixed by Chirag and load test money paid by Mr. Abhishek (CITYMAX) but variation work not approve till date.
So, as you client verbally assured but approval still awaited and we have consider that our honest support not being honor and contractual rights kept under hold/not rejected.
This is for your kind information that any new variation will be executed after proper approval and above mention variation must be approved as soon as possible.
