Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that, we have appointed as Main contractor for the aforesaid projects. To store excavated soil, we need adjacent plot parcel ID xxx, for a duration of two months.

We also undertake that we will evacuate the propose adjutant plot (parcel ID xxx) within 72 hours in respect of instruction from Dubai Municipality or any others concerned authority. We also ensure that will keep site calm, clean and tidy.

Therefore, we request to Dubai Municipality to allow us to occupy the said adjacent plot for a duration of two moth.
