Subject           : Regarding supply and fixing of wooden wall cladding in mock up room and door

Dear Sir,

With reference to above ,We would like to inform you that still we have not entered into the contract with M/s Home Center because of discrepancy in the quotation of M/s Home Center in nomination. Further more we want to coordinate for the mock up furniture and doors but we donot have Email id or site organization chart from them, So kindly review our requirement and requesting you to do the needful as mentioned below:

1. All the wooden wall cladding in the mock up room as per ID drawing need to fix by

M/s Home center and required coordination with MEP team for electrical requirement prior to acoustic testing.

• We required the shop drawing for the doors as well as the copy of the license from DCD for the fire rated door.

• Sample of the door and material submittal for fire rated door with specification as per civil defense requirement.

• We required the site organization chart, contact number and email ID from the M/s Home Center team.

So, this is for your kind information to do the needful and provide required information.
