Subject : Regarding Our Approach to RTA to confirm non-requirement of traffic impact study in writing for interlock NOC.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we required the formal confirmation from RTA that traffic impact study is not required for our project as they confirm during project construction NOC renewal initially.
Now for external interlock the RTA certified sub-contractor required the formal written confirmation for ttraffic impact study either required or not in writing.
So, we approached to RTA with our request letter to confirm the same and RTA informed us that the contractor is not allowed to approach for this matter only consultant can approach with request and they can reply only to consultant.
So, kindly provide us a formal written confirmation from the RTA that trafiic impact study is required or not in writing so that we can apply for external interlock NOC to RTA.
