Dear Mr. Jithen,
With reference to above we would like to intimate that our contract document has not been signed and send back to us which were received from our office on 04/02/2018.
Kindly note that your shop drawing being delayed because of the contract document and there is severe impact at our project.
So you will be solely responsible to delay of our project and other financial consequences and impact because of the delay in signing the contract documents
This is for your kind intimation to do needful to sign the contract documents and provide us a copy of the same
