Subject: Regarding requirement of the sample boards for approval and comments
Dear Mayur,
With ref. to above, we would like to inform you that we have serious concern for our project regarding order of the lift and kindly note the following:
- We did not get consultant approval for the sample boards and drawings which took more than a month and still the issue is not resolved.
- As per our agreement the internal finishes are subject to client approval, so there is no issue to provide us the samples for approval as per client requirement as mentioned in the commented copy attached which is self-explanatory.
- The order of the lift status is yet to be confirmed since we have clearly mentioned in our previous communication that if there is any delay which may occur because of late order it is surely responsibility of supplier.
- We would like to intimate you for any consequences your company is responsible for the delay and approval.
So, we hereby get it to your kind notice to resolve this issue as early as possible.
