Subject : Regarding Location of Central Battery Rack.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above we would like to inform you that the central battery room was not designed initially in approved design and also it was not discussed with the client and they allow the locker room which is next to the front office lift (Lift No.02) to use for central battery system. Kindly note the following:
- The design locker space is being occupied for the central battery panel at lift lobby.
- The safety locker to be reduced and fixed in opposite corner as instructed by the client.
- Because of the central battery location there is a requirement of etic slab with waterproof and drainage point, because of high level of MEP service at this area.
- The client verbally instructed that due to small space and requirement of locker, door of this room will be opened outside.
This is for your kind information that this change is verbally instructed by the client and the necessary changes to be implemented as well as we will submit variation for additional work in due course.
