Dear Mr. xxx,
We would like to inform you that kindly send your formal inspection request for inspection of work if you completed elevation work.
Meantime still you did not delivered the material for devit system at upper roof area as well as your cradle trolley too
We also request you to remove five nos support in elevation no 4 as we cannot access the area above your monorail line for painting and request to re-fix after two days once, we will finish the work within two days.
Kindly note that roof external painting work under hold due to your work pending work from your end at upper roof area
Kindly do needful and request to coordinate with us as soon as possible to avoid further delay in execution
