Subject : SITE MEETING

Dear Sir/Madam,

Reference to the above mentioned project and as per our meeting held at site on 23/12/2019, kindly note the following agreed points:

External Floor Tile layout was marked and agreed by Madam Mariam. The layout will be submitted to you shortly. Since the area is more than the previous quantity we have to order more tiles. We will submit a variation for fixing only as per our previous quote. Tiles shall be supplied by your good self. Upon completion of this job the payment shall be done to MCM directly. This cannot be claimed through MHRE.

Upstairs marble will be removed and 60x60cms marble with marble skirting will be fix for Family area, both the corridors and Pantry floor (latest confirmation by Madam Mariam to PM) will be fixed same as existing marble 16mm above for parquet in adjacent room level, this variation amount shall be paid directly to MCM and this cannot be claimed through MHRE.

Upstairs Pantry Gypsum false ceiling/wall tiles and Marble flooring will be removed. The area will be then plastered & paint. Flooring will be done by marble same as ground floor. A variation amount will be submitted and shall be paid directly to MCM.

We will provide the Aluminum Pergola design as per Madam Mariam pictures and a powder quoting colour sample will be submitted same as code of Villa Aluminum Windows.

External flooring levels are done as per approved drawing and the same is explained to Madam Mariam which she has accepted.

We will be proceeding with M/s. Vimar Middle East. Quotation is attached for your reference.

Hinges are approved as per sample shown to Madam Mariam. Price for the same will be submitted tomorrow.
