Dear Mr. xxx,
As we discussed in the meeting this morning regarding the finishing of the in-complete pods we send to support the site, please find the attached report on the work balance in each blocks and the plan to finish these by end of May 2014.
We are planning to follow a sequence to block by block so that we can monitor and control the site. We already started on Plot 001 – Block 3, Block 2, Block 1 and then Plot 004 – Block 5, Block 4, Block 3, Block 2, and Block 1.
Unipods current strength at site is around 58 People different skills to accommodate this schedule.
We are looking forward to finish this at the earliest so as to clear the pending activities at site.
