Dear Mr. xxx,

This letter is in reference to the letter we received from your end for the pods delivery saying the area is ready for pods in Plot 004 Block 1. We received 2 letters with different dates (Letter Ref No 074, 076) for the same areas. We received also letters (Ref- 077) that we are delaying the hollow core slab in this building. Today we have pods at site 16^th February which is one day after site requested still we won’t be able to put 2 pods in position as the area is not ready. Also the unavailability of crane is also delaying the offloading. We appreciate in this case for more support and cooperate so that we can work efficiently.
