Dear Mr. xxx,

This is to inform you that we are finished with our scope of works in Plot 006 – 6 buildings, where the other plots are already been handed over. We have demobilized our store and office equipment from site from 17th February xxx onwards. We have cleaned the pods in all the 6 buildings for the client to do the final snag. xxx was ready to handover the pods much earlier in all the buildings but the pending works of others subcontractors has delayed the process. Hereby we request xxx Engineering to speed up the process of handing over in these buildings to avoid any damages in the pods.

Please note that we have released our full team from the Site (244). As mentioned in our previous letters we expect xxx Engineering to make the necessary arrangement to secure the pods so there are no further damages.

We are aware of some missing bulbs in the pods which is been removed by others and some has gone back to the supplier because of manufacturing defects. This will be replaced in the mean time by xxx.

Expecting same cooperation and support from you as before.

Thanks for your understanding.

 Regards,

xxx
