Dear Sir,
We refer to the Work Order we have for the above referred project signed between Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC and M/s ASCON and to our subsequent letter to M/s ASCON (copy attached) regarding our Payment Status, wherein to date we have not receive any certification and payment from M/s ASCON which is having an impact on our current works progress.
In view of the above, we would like to request M/s xxx assistance in expediting the release of our payment in order to not affect our progress at site, as any delay in receiving the payment will affect our handing over of the project.
