With reference to the above, we  would like to inform you that, we already finished the block work and plaster work  up to 6^th floor as your previous verbal instruction to us about MEP opening size or location and now you gave us different verbal instruction that will affect our block work and lintel or plaster .

So, we ask you to submit officially shop drawing to save our time and cost.
