Subject: Nomination of the Kitchen Subcontractor nd DEWA drawing issue
Dear sir
With reference to above, we would like to inform you that the kitchen area work is completely under hold and following issue being highlighted to confirm that our work under hold, kindly address the filling to employer :
- Kicthen Subcontractor has not been Nominated tiill date and MEP letter
Ref 4024/CEMC/2017 dated 02.04.2017 attached herewith is self explanatory regarding their requirement of the Electrical Load of Kitchen equipment fro DEWA submission.
- Regarding the tiles which were ordered for additional work due to change in drawing, the supplier ordered the tile along with other Citymax project , we are waiting delivery as well as amount to be paid by client our ref to Arkiplan Ref. Letter.No.CC/AP/356/17; and mail to client dated 02.04.2017.
- The tile will be start and be fixed after clearance by kitchen sub con for MEP work as per their shop drawing
- The variation submitted not approved till date.
This is for your kind information and to do needful and contractor will not be responsible for delay of the project since delay being added and intimation for further claim for delay of the project .
