Subject: Intimation to submit the shop drawings and returning the contract agreement copy
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned project , we would like to inform you that we are starting the plaster work but below described submittals are still pending from you :
- 03 sets of Contract agreement which we submitted to your office for the stamping and signature, still not received back even after keep reminded for the same.
- We have not received the payment invoice also to proceed further.
- You are required to submit the shop drawings for the consultant approval, which is still pending and awaited.
- Provide your organizational chart as well as communication protocol to address the communication to the right person and to follow up for action.
Please note that we have already started the plastering work ,the delay of the above mentioned items will affect our project delay and have impact on project completion on time.
Kindly look into this issue and provide your submittals at the earliest.
