Subject : Instruction to review the swimming pool drawings and claim for the variation.
Dear MEP team,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the variation for kitchen is totally additional work which has not been provided till date and we must claim extra time and cost and which is still not done.
Further more, we are providing the swimming pool drawing which is received from ID, there are so many features and lights added. So, you are required to read the full set of drawings and evaluate the variation for the additional work as required by ID.
In addition to this, there are other changes in the tender drawings and till date we have not received variation for the same.
So, this is for your kind information ad immediate action.
