Subject : Resubmission of the door discrepancy between approved drawing /DCD drawing and missing item in nomination
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, we reanalyzed the door specification in our scope and nominated subcontractor quotation and attaching herewith the discrepancies which we found in our analysis.
- The quotation was not based on the final revised drawing. So subcontractor quoted less quantity .
- Subcontractor did not quote for 2hour fire rated doors from the drawing as well as 1 hour fire rating door is also missing/ not quoted by the subcontractor.
- The description written in subcontractor quotation is not as per the drawing and quantity mentioned with wrong heading.
- Some fire rating to be confirmed by the consultant for king’s rest room open door as mentioned in your attachment.
- We have included ID scope for ground and first floor as well as back up house for the convenient of client to add or subtract the scope for ID and other contractor.
