Subject : Disagree with your reply and issue not addressed.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, we would like to inform you at we disagree with the contents of your communication and you must have face to face meeting your absence from site created many severe issues.
- For Ground floor fabrication smaller than the opening with 15mm tolerance, so we did additional plaster to save your rework statement incorrect.
- For handles mail, it was sent by Mr. Baha addressed to you and only cc to our site engineer, this instruction to you to take the action please provide your feedback to us.
- Your reply is silent for the revolving door order kindly update immediately.
- Your site visit is very causal and we are hereby instructing you to have meeting with us site at every Saturday at 10Am in presence of consultant and your presence in regular project meeting also required, which you are not attending at 2.30pm on Monday.
- If you are not confirming any measurement or deviation in writing we will not accept any blame if consultant reject your work or invoice claim since your work done claim must have inspection prior to claim in the invoice. (mandatory)
- You must complete the ground floor work to allow the interior sub-contractor to start the work(reminder)
So, we disagree with your reply as describe above and you must visit the site same day if we are calling for any issue or meeting ,which is also not happening as well as follow the invoicing procedure and measurement confirmation including any discrepancy prior to fabrication to avoid repeat the issue like in ground floor.
Finally we are here to push forward our work with our best support, but we need support from your end.
