and reminder of letter ref. CC/AP/297/16 dtd. 25.02.17

Dear Sir,

With reference to above and our communication in letter ref. CC/AP/409/17 dated 09.05.17 had not been replied till date, kindly note the following:

  1. There was a site visit by client dated 24.05.17 and again they checked the light operation and instructed to change the 3-gang switch at entrance in mock-up room by replacing the existing 2-gang switch (fix as per drawing) and we will  submit the circuit diagram for your approval before to implement the change instruction.
  • The client needs to supply the 3-gang switch for the project and we will analyze the impact for the cost and time due to this changes instructed.
  • The previous communication on 07.05.17 ref no. CC/AP/407/17, we explained the scenario and impact on the partition wall works.
  • Our letter ref. CC/AP/297/16 dtd. 25.02.17 (attached), regarding finalization/nomination of motion sensor subcontractor in the building (reminder for delay in decision and impact)

So, we would like to request to finalize the issue and the mock up room including rest of the floors impact to modify the switch and wiring.

Furthermore, Media hub GI boxes not supplied till date by the client, partition work under hold because of pending issue in second floor and rest of the floor also impacted
