Subject : Regarding bath tubs delivered by two different agencies and size issue
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, we received two number of bath tubs from two different suppliers. In which one was delivered on 07.02.17 and other is delivered on 09.02.17 and kindly note the following:
- As we discussed at the time of catalogue received from client that bath tub should be ordered as per the site measurement because catalogue dimension was not matching with our design.
- Both the bath tub have the size of 1.7mtr which is not as per the site requirement/drawing.
- Bath tub supplied at site from two different suppliers and we have no information which one is your approved supplier/selection.
Kindly note that we cannot use none of the bath tubs due to over size and we need the bath tubs as per our requirement and length mentioned below:
