Subject : Undertaking Letter concerning the functionality of water pipes and electrical conduits
Dear Sir,
We are writing with regards to the crossing of the water pipes and the electrical conduits as issued in the NCR EL-xxx and since the Engineer isn’t satisfied with this installation and we would like to inform the following:
- Unipods has completed tens of thousands of pods with the same installation method and none faced any issue related to the functionality of the related items. Therefore we can confirm that this installation will have no impact to the functionality of neither the electrical conduits nor the water pipe noting that the water supply pipes are connected from the manifold with one straight line to its final connection without any joint so there’s no possibility of joint crossing.
- Unipods ensure that any defects of the pipes or electrical conduits if occurs due to this installation, will be rectified during the construction period, defects liability period and warranty coverage of respective items.
