Subject : Regarding re-orientation of the chiller and available distance from the parapet and other areas
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, as per the coordination meeting held at Arkiplan Head office on dated 07.03.17, we revised the chiller orientation at lower roof area as per actual size of the chiller which is bigger than the tender drawing and kindly note the following:
- Revised orientation layout of the chiller which is attached herewith and we would like to inform you that our actual chiller size is bigger than the tender drawing.
- The drawing provided from your office on dated 07.03.17, and the spacing shown between parapet and chiller is being rediuced and available only 52cm from chiller phase to parapet.
- The spacing between the 2 chiller also reduced as shown in the drawing reduced by 10cm (in your proposal shown 1.5 mtr and in our attached drawing it is 1.4mtr)
- Furthermore, the space between the gas tank and chiller reduced from 3mtr to 2mtr because of the actual chiller size which is bigger than the tender proposal.
- We are working for the opening and we will provide you the same after your comments on this issue and review of the spacing for functionality and authority requirement.
- We are attaching our drawing with the actual chiller dimension and available spacing all around as well as spacing in between the chiller.
So, kindly review our proposal and advice accordingly and note that after your clearance of the layout ,we will forward this drawing to our PT subcontractor and the floating foundation subcontractor.
